Text extracted from uploaded documents or images when OCR or document processing features are used.

3. Legal and Sensitive Information

LawMind JO may contain legal case information, client information, uploaded documents, notes, and other sensitive data entered by lawyers or authorized users.

Users are responsible for ensuring that they have the legal authority, client authorization, or professional basis to enter, upload, process, or store such information in the application.

LawMind JO is a technology tool for legal workflow management. It does not replace the professional judgment, responsibility, or legal obligations of a licensed lawyer.

4. Data Storage and Security

LawMind JO uses secure cloud services, including Firebase services, to store and manage app data. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

However, no method of electronic transmission or cloud storage is completely secure. Users should protect their login credentials and avoid sharing access with unauthorized persons.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell users' personal information.

We may share or process information only in the following cases:

With service providers that help operate the app, such as hosting, authentication, storage, database, security, and document processing providers.
With authorized users within the same law office, according to the access permissions configured in the application.

Access to data inside LawMind JO depends on the user's role. A law office owner or administrator may have broader access rights, while assistant users or sub-users may have limited permissions.

Users should ensure that only authorized persons are added to their office account and that permissions are managed carefully.
