LawMind JO is a legal office management and legal assistance application designed to help lawyers, law offices, and authorized legal professionals organize clients, cases, hearings, documents, notes, reminders, and related legal workflow.
LawMind JO is intended primarily for lawyers and legal professionals. It is not a substitute for the professional judgment, legal responsibility, or obligations of a licensed lawyer.
By using LawMind JO, you confirm that you are legally able to use the application and that all information you provide is accurate and lawful.
If you use LawMind JO on behalf of a law office, company, organization, or other entity, you confirm that you have the authority to use the application and manage data on behalf of that entity.
Users may be required to create an account to access the application. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree not to share your account access with unauthorized persons and to notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
LawMind JO may allow law office owners or administrators to add assistant users, sub-users, or staff accounts. Access to information may depend on the role and permissions assigned within the application.
The law office owner or administrator is responsible for managing access rights and ensuring that only authorized persons can access client, case, document, or legal information.
Users are responsible for all information they enter, upload, store, process, or share through LawMind JO, including client information, case details, legal notes, court dates, documents, images, and extracted text.
You confirm that you have the necessary legal authority, client authorization, professional basis, or lawful reason to enter, upload, store, or process such information in the application.
LawMind JO may provide organizational tools, legal workflow assistance, document management, reminders, search features, and other support tools. Any output, suggestion, reminder, text extraction, summary, or generated content must be reviewed by the responsible lawyer or authorized legal professional.
LawMind JO does not provide legal representation and does not replace legal advice from a qualified lawyer. The user remains fully responsible for reviewing all information, deadlines, documents, filings, legal analysis, and professional decisions.
LawMind JO may allow users to upload documents, images, and files, and may offer text extraction or OCR features. OCR and automated processing may contain errors, omissions, formatting issues, or incomplete results.
Users must verify extracted text, document content, dates, names, case numbers, and all legally relevant information before relying on it.
LawMind JO may include hearing dates, deadline tools, notifications, and reminders. These tools are provided to assist users in organization and workflow management.
Users remain fully responsible for verifying court dates, legal periods, deadlines, appeal periods, objection periods, limitation periods, and all procedural requirements from official sources and applicable law.
You agree not to use LawMind JO for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purpose. You also agree not to:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LawMind JO and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the application.
Users remain responsible for their legal work, professional decisions, client obligations, court deadlines, document review, data entry, and compliance with applicable laws and professional rules.
LawMind JO is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the application will meet every user requirement, that every feature will be error-free, or that automated results will always be complete or accurate.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
Continued use of LawMind JO after updates are posted means that you accept the updated Terms.
